Hello my Quilty Friends! Welcome back. I had a good week in the sewing room. I made it up to the studio five of seven days which is a new record for me now that the studio is upstairs. I even had a Quilt Zoom day with my Quilty Friends.
I will be linking up for To Do Tuesday Link Up with Carol @ Quilt Schmilt. Take a look!
Hello my Stitchy Friends! Welcome back to this week’s update on my cross stitch projects. The week went fairly well if a bit disorganized. 🤪 Not sure what is going on there. I have sketched out my plan for January, but haven’t found the time to organize it. So I ended up focusing on my WIPGO projects this past week. Here we go….
Starts & Finishes
I surprised myself with a finish this week – only one – and no new starts. (That is not a surprise. 🤪)
We made it to 2026 my quilty friends! I hope you are enjoying the new year. We have had some interesting weather for this year already here in Vancouver, Washington. We have had rain, sunshine, sleet and in the mountains there was fresh powder then it rained. It all melted here. I am snug as a bug. The weather hasn’t bothered me at all.
I will linking up with Carol @ Quilt Schmilt for To Do Tuesday Link Up. Check it out.
Welcome to 2026! I finished off December 31st trying to make it through my December goal list. Unfortunately, while I worked on EVERY project left, I did NOT make my goals. So I focused on my December WIPGO projects as that is the whole reason to have WIPGO projects. Total win there!
I thought about doing a post for 2025 ending / 2026 beginning WIPs but decided that instead I would create a page for it instead. You can visit the page anytime view the top menu. I did mention I was going to shake things up this year right?
Welcome to the last To Do Tuesday post of 2025! I may have a special post either December 31st or January 1st for WIPs and/or goals. Still toying with that one. I have been working on hitting the sewing studio daily for at least 15 minutes. I think I did 4 out of 7 this week. My goal is to be physically present in the space. There is still plenty of unpacking and organizing to do as well as sewing and quilting. So not bad this week.
I will be linking up with Carol @ Quilt Schmilt for To Do Tuesday Link Up. Join us!
Can you believe this is our last Friday of 2025?! It has been a year of new beginnings for myself and I am loving all of it. How about you? I hit all of my major goals, but missed a lot of little goals. Overall a great year!
December goals were a wee bit ambitious and then I went and took off for a week. 🤪. Total derailment but it sure has been fun trying to hit them anyway. The past week went pretty good overall. You want to see?
Welcome back my quilty friends! Hard to believe Christmas is upon us. I am looking forward to spending time with my daughter. We have lived in different states for over 10 years. Now we are in the same town. I feel like I hardly see her because we are both living our best lives. LOL! Being so close now, we don’t make the time to spend with each other like we did when we lived 3500+ miles apart. I am sure you can relate as well.
I started a new thing since we lasted chatted. I have made a mindful decision to go UPSTAIRS to my sewing studio at least once a day for at least 15 minutes. I have also told myself, I don’t have to sew if I don’t want to but I NEED to visit the studio.
Hello My Stitchy Friends. Welcome to this week’s update on my cross stitch projects. I appreciate you stopping by. While I did not stick to my plan, I had a good week. Let’s dive in.
Starts & Finishes
No new finishes but I do have one start. I was definitely feeling festive.
Hi Everyone! How is your Christmas season coming along? My tree is up and partially decorated. Found one of two boxes of ornaments. I have put up festive decorations throughout the house. Love walking the neighborhood after dark. Very festive!

Hello My Stitchy Friends. Sorry about missing a week. If you follow me, then you are aware I had an impromptu trip to California to wrap up family matters and to finalize my move from California to Washington. My shoulders feel so much lighter now that everything is done.
Unfortunately, the lighting was terrible in my hotel room where I was staying. Plus I messed up on my project and was unable to successfully unstitch. Finally decided it was not worthy destroying the fabric. Let’s get to it so you can see!
November WIPGO Results
November 2025 WIPGO: Projects 3 & 22
I would love to say I hit all of my WIPGO goals for November, but unfortunately, that would be a no. BUT I did good.
