I will be on the road (I5) from San Jose, CA to Seattle, WA tomorrow. Average driving time is 14 hours. So I thought I would prep the blog today to post tomorrow. Here we go!

Continue reading “Floss Friday #78”The sun is shining and it is going to be an absolutely beautiful day! I will make sure to enjoy it before the next storm system. I did end up with a brief power outage of like 15 minutes on Wednesday, so not too bad compared to others in this area.

Not sure if it is snow in the mountains because it is a warm rain here. So I am enjoying it. February historically is our coldest and wettest month of the year. Will it be this year?

This week has been with my grandson’s hockey tournament. It was nice it was local. They play in the Championship game tomorrow..🤞
Continue reading “Floss Friday #71”Hello from Whistler, British Columbia! We got here a few days ago. The kids have gone skiing even though it is raining here at the base. The temperature is hovering around freezing which hopefully translates to great snow up top. We had homemade pasta with veggies yesterday for dinner.
The kids didn’t ski much yesterday but ended up working on a 1000 piece puzzle which they finished!

I didn’t get as much time as I wanted in February to finish up some stuff. March just jumped out at me. Today is finally a sunny day after days of rain. It will kick in again next week so I intend on enjoying the sun while it is here!
Continue reading “Floss Friday #36”Hello Everyone! Our trip to Arizona was very good. Shaun and his hockey team did well. We went there to play against some good teams in preparation for upcoming California State Championship. The weather was pretty much the same as California bouncing around from freezing to pleasant every day we were there. They got to play a lot of different teams from Canada, Virginia, and Arizona. Very good competition!
