Goodbye 2024! Welcome 2025! A new year with overly ambitious plans as usual. We are off to a slow start but I did put together plans for January. I have not really thought about what I would like to accomplish in 2025 other than quilt & bind 12 quilts. I want to turn those quilt tops into finished quilts.

My experiment with 24 hours of quilting was overall a success. It didn’t got quite how I was picturing it. I only got in 16 hours of quilting. Yet I still got way more done than I normally would in a weekend. I may have to rethink and plan a little better for next time. Not bad for my first quilting marathon.

Continue reading “To Do List #35”Hi Everyone! This is Simba and I am writing this week’s blog because Mom is in the sewing studio. (She was busy with the holidays and is now getting some fun time in the sewing studio.) I asked her if it was okay (since we are co-bloggers) to write this week. She told me to give it a whirl. So here we go….
The holidays are closing in fast. I got to listen to the Willow Glen High School Band and Choir Christmas Performance this week. It was fabulous. My grandson was in it; not that he wanted to be. Lol! He is 15 and has choir this year but hates ever moment. Wish he could loosen up and just enjoy it.
