EPP DIARY: April 2021 projects

This particular post is so much faster than any of the others mostly because if you are slow stitching, you really can’t have too many ongoing projects if you actually want to finish them. I do really love English Paper Piecing. It is so satisfying seeing all those tiny stitches.

CROSS STITCH DIARY: February Successes!

I’m feeling pretty good about the last four weeks in relating to my cross stitch projects with four finishes, two new starts and another five new starts in the next seven days.

EPP DIARY: Stitchy March underway!

February was pretty busy month for hockey and travel so I feel like I got a lot done with my English Paper Piecing projects.

Still slowly making progress on all of my active projects. See below for updates. I am considering jumping in on the Millie Morsels Sew-A-Long which is a new project based on the Katja Marek’s book New Hexagon 2.

QUILT DIARY: Under the needle for January 2021

How has your January been? Here in California we have had the strangest weather. You may recall that last week we had sunny days in the high 70’s. It began to rain on Friday and hasn’t stopped. We had temperatures drop below freezing over the weekend. Crazy indeed!

CROSS STITCH DIARY: January Stitches

Five weeks have passed since we last got together to discuss our stitching projects. I had so many planned starts last month which means that I have a lot of rollover this month. I meant to only have seven projects – one per day, but I kept seeing things I wanted to start. LOL!

EPP DIARY: What’s Happening in 2021?

Can’t believe it’s already been a month since we last talked about my English Paper Piecing projects. I did get a lot of hockey time which equals piecing time! Although our county shut down, a couple counties away, the rinks were opened so we were able to do two weeks of hockey camp. Thank goodness!

STITCHTOBER FINISHES!

I ended up stretching Stitchtober all the way to November 30th as I tried to finish my last two starts. Unfortunately, I began resenting working on Halloween and Fall projects so it was time to set the remainder projects aside for 2021.

EPP QUILT DIARY: Christmas and Other Stitching

Beginning this week, I started switching from the Halloween/Fall mode into Christmas mode. I have pulled a few projects that I would like to put together for Christmas and putting away all my Halloween projects. I will be sharing that with you.

I have been rotating which project I work on each time so now I am feeling more accomplished because I get a little done on each project. Currently I only have 4 active projects.

Welcome to November! We only have a few weeks of Fall left and here I am still working on Halloween projects and a few fall projects. I am trying to wrap up all Halloween projects before starting any new projects.
