Floss Friday #61

Happy Friday! It is a gorgeous Fall day here in San Jose. It is 90F and sunny. I had hoped to go for a hike today, but I am going to have to pass as it is way to hot for that. Instead I will end up going for a night walk when it cools off later. I am looking forward to it.

Welcome to another weekend! Fall has visited us today with overcast clouds and prediction of rain. I am sure it won’t stay long. I just love fall.

It was a busy week with lots of quilting but I still managed to get some stitching time in as well. Let’s take a look.

Happy Friday! It’s been two weeks since I last shared my cross stitch. I have continued working on my Final Finish for the Summer Baskets. If you want to see where I am at in the process, check it out in To Do Tuesday #62.

Welcome to another edition of Floss Friday. Hard to believe it is already the last Friday of August and summer is coming to a close. Crazy to say the least. This is the first summer since 2020 that I didn’t travel. With all the travel with hockey, it was kind of nice to be home for an extended period with some day trips here and there.

How is everyone’s August going? Here in San Jose the kids are back in school already. The colleges start up in another couple of weeks. I feel like there is so much summer left. Where did the days go when school didn’t start until after Labor Day.

Can you believe July is almost over? Just a few more weeks and the kids are bacck in school. How crazy is that? This week has been pretty normal summer day here in San Jose, California. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer.

Happy Friday everyone! We are currently in the midst of an0ther heatwave here in San Jose, California. I can’t complain too much. This heat didn’t start until July this year which has been a nice change. Also keeping my fingers crossed that the wild fires that we have had the past couple of years also hold off until regular wild fire season.

Wow! 50 posts on cross stitch only. It has been a fun journey for sure. This upcoming weekend is WIPGO weekend where I will be working on my active WIPGO projects only.

Hope everyone’s 4th of July was good. Our heat wave finally broke so it was all good here. I have been busy stitching away here. Honestly, I feel like the week just flew by. I can’t believe that it is already July 7th!
