Hi Everyone! My name is Simba. I am my mom’s favorite cat, at least that is what she says. Well maybe she says I am her favorite boy. Anyway, she is letting me write today’s post because she is not feeling very creative today and wanted a break.

How is everyone’s August going? Here in San Jose the kids are back in school already. The colleges start up in another couple of weeks. I feel like there is so much summer left. Where did the days go when school didn’t start until after Labor Day.

Can you believe it is August already?! The summer is almost over already. The kids go back to school next week. I swear it gets earlier and earlier every year. Doesn’t seem to be much of a summer for them anymore. Very sad if you ask me.

Can you believe July is almost over? Just a few more weeks and the kids are bacck in school. How crazy is that? This week has been pretty normal summer day here in San Jose, California. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer.

Happy Friday everyone! We are currently in the midst of an0ther heatwave here in San Jose, California. I can’t complain too much. This heat didn’t start until July this year which has been a nice change. Also keeping my fingers crossed that the wild fires that we have had the past couple of years also hold off until regular wild fire season.

While this week was fairly productive, I did fall off the highly productive bandwagon during the week. This is to be expected. Overall things still went weel thi week.

Wow! 50 posts on cross stitch only. It has been a fun journey for sure. This upcoming weekend is WIPGO weekend where I will be working on my active WIPGO projects only.
