Welcome to November my stitchy friends! Crazy to think that 2023 is quickly coming to a close. I got hooked on a new book series and have been staring at my e-reader for hours on end. I might have missed a few stitching nights because of it. LOL!!

Well I started this blog a week ago and only realized today that I never posted it. So I have decided to add on this week’s updates as well and revamp my Upcoming Plans & Thoughts to what is valid this week. LOL!!! 😂

Happy Halloween Everyone! Hope you had a very productive week. Me not so much. I had two sewing machines in the shop as well as my truck. I felt very disconnected all week although I had plenty of hand work or long arm work to do. Just not in the groove for the week. LOL! Why do we always want to use what we don’t have?

Happy Friday! Hope you had a great week. Mine has been pretty productive overall. My 24 Hours of Cross Stitch was great. I ended up stitching more than 24 hours. Friday was my new start day. Saturday was a Fall/Halloween stitch day which left Sunday as my everything else day. Let’s take a look.

Hi Everyone! This weekend is 24 Hours of Cross Stitching marathon hosted by Instagram’s @quirksandstitches. She also has an etsy shop with digital cross stitch planners and notebooks with her 2024 version to be released soon. You can follow this weekend with #24hoursofcrossstitch or #24hocs (my personal favorite since it is nice and short!). Be sure to post your projects starting October 20th and ending on October 22nd. You don’t need to do 24 hours straight but you can. Let’s go stitchers!

Hi Everyone! Hope you are having a fantastic October so far this month. This week is PIQF here in Northern California. So excited to see everyone and check out the vendors this year. I also signed up for a few classes starting on Thursday. I decided to take class from two of our local quilters this year and am so excited to meet them. It should be fun!
