Election Day! Make sure you vote today. It’s a Presidential Election year! Can’t believe we are in November already. Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away. Crazy.

Can you believe it is the last week of October and Halloween is on Thursday? The holiday season will be upon us after that! Crazy 🤪

How is everyone doing this week? Can you believe we are in the third week of October already. We have a beautiful fall day here in San Jose. They are expecting rain next week which hopefully happens so that maybe the fire season will be over.

To Do Tuesday #114

Welcome Back! We are have one of the hottest weeks of the whole year. It has been over 95 (and most of the time 100) for the past 7 days. Crazy weather. My first week of my October Temperature cottage will be all one color since it is rare to be over 92F here in San Jose. My house is going to be pretty though!

To Do Tuesday #113

Hi Everyone! Today is the first day of October. It is hard to believe we are in the last quarter of 2024. It just seems like yesterday I was thinking about all the things I wanted to do this year. LOL! I may have not done everything, but I have been busy.

To Do Tuesday #112

Hi Everyone! I am flabbergasted that we are already into the last week of September. It just seems like yesterday that it was August. We have another hot one here in San Jose. Probably out last 90F+ day here in the Bay.

I wasn’t feeling very quilty this week and barely got any time in the sewing studio until yesterday when I forced myself to spend the day. Amazing enough, I had no cat companions in the sewing room until late afternoon. It is amazing how much more you can get done without fur babies interfering.

Welcome back to this week’s edition of To Do Tuesday where I share all the quilty projects I worked on this week. We had a very pleasant weekend and the week has been fall weather.

To Do Tuesday #110

Hello from Redding, California! It was over 100F yesterday when I got here. Today is expected to be cooler at 94F. LOL! I am looking forward to going to Lassen Volcanic National Park tomorrow. I went last fall but only had time to see half of what I wanted. The park is generally cooler than Redding because you are in the mountains. Can’t wait!

Welcome back! Today will be toasty as we once again hit over 90F. The rest of the week is warming up. I am sure September will have a few more of those for us before it is all over and Fall settles in. It is amazing how different my perspective about the temp is in September versus July. 😝
