It has been a buys week with lots of travel. I managed to watch Shaun via streaming while he was in LA and I was in Seattle. I got to spend quality time with my daughter. We had afternoon tea, shopping, and hiking as well as great food. One night we had Dim Sum and another seafood. She made homemade pasta another night. Yummy! The sun is shining and it is going to be an absolutely beautiful day! I will make sure to enjoy it before the next storm system. I did end up with a brief power outage of like 15 minutes on Wednesday, so not too bad compared to others in this area.

Hi Everyone! We have a few dry moments today between winter storms. We are getting lots of rain which is good. Not sure if it is snow in the mountains because it is a warm rain here. So I am enjoying it. February historically is our coldest and wettest month of the year. Will it be this year?

I got back last night from Gardnerville, NV. Never thought I would be the one thinking that Nevada was beautiful. The valley is just gorgeous surronded by mountains. Floss Friday #73
How is your January going? We have had a lot of rain here in San Jose, California but today is absolutely beautiful and sunny. Makes me think about going to see the elephant seals at Ano Nuevo. We will see how the next few days play out.
I have spent more time quilting then stitching this week so I don’t have as much to share. Yet, I feel pretty good about what I have gotten done.
