Where did the time go? I can’t believe that another week has gone by. I am trying to think what I have done this week. Doesn’t seem like much. LOL! I ended up getting caught up in reading and probably read 4 books this week instead of hitting the sewing room.
Despite that, I did make it to the sewing room once this week and worked one night on my English paper piecing. I will be linking up with Carol at Quilt Schmilt for To Do Tuesday. Check it out!

Project Updates
With the lack of time in the sewing studio, I was unable to check off much from last week’s list. I did:
- work on Lori Holt’s Autumn Seeds #1
- Continued making flying geese its for my Stars Aligned Strip Club throw quilt
- Worked on my EPP project Queen of Diamonds Blk 3-4
Short list but progress anyway you look at it.
Lori Holt’s Autumn Seeds Quilt

I probably spent the most time working on this one project. Last week I finished making all the units for the center of the pumpkin in block 1. This week I finished assembling that block AND started working on the units for the vine of the pumpkin.

I am still sewing the half square triangle cutoffs into flying geese units. They are perfect leaders and enders. I finished another red pile. Two more to go in the reds.

I have really been slacking in this year of change. With so much chaos, I have not really established a good routine for my English paper piecing or appliqué. I thought I would work 15 minutes every night this last week on this epp project. #sigh. Well one out of seven is better than none.
Weekly To Do List

Not a lot of changes to the list from last week. Here it is:

Musings

I am really feeling like I need to visit my complete WIP list and see where I am at. Maybe there is something I can knock off the list easily? LOL? Of course, if I could get out of my way and start quilting all the tops I have finished even from this year, that would be huge. Definitely time to pull that list up and update it. It might just be the motivation I need. How about you?
Have a great week. I hope you make lots of progress on your projects.
