It is hard to believe that I have been posting To Do Tuesday for two years already. I know I have missed a week here and there. Crazy right?
This past week was a full schedule. I managed to get stuff done even with running around all week catching up on errands. Let’s take a look at what I did this past week.

I will be linking up with Carol @ Quiltschmilt for To Do Tuesday. Come check it out!
Under the Needle Last Week
I had another Zoom Day on Friday. I finished EVERYTHING I had prepped for the day. I was scrounging for things that I could do. Love it when that happens.

- My biggest win this week was finishing my first 1920 Farmers Wife EPP block since 2020. As I have mentioned, I lost 2 pieces while sitting in my truck at hockey practice during COVID. All these years, I had no real idea how to recreate the missing pieces until I started tinkering with Electric Quilt 8 (EQ8). It felt good to finish the block finally!
- Finished the next row (June 13th – 18th) on my June Temperature Cottage
- Made 2 more Magic 8 HST for my Temperature quilt (see cover photo)
- Finished all my twoies and started on four patch units (see cover photo) for Daydreamer Leaders and Enders project
- Finished #100days100blocks2023 Blocks 89-92
- Pulled fabric for remaining blocks (93-100)
- Assembled Row 2 of #100days100blocks2023
- Added borders to my Patriotic Tablerunner
- Assembled Section (row) 3 of Scrappiness is Happiness Sampler quilt
- Started cutting and collecting 2 1/2 squares for the last block I need to make for the Scrappiness is Happines sampler: 64 squares block (not shown)
- Assembled quilt top for my Bunny Knoll On Wander Lane
- Finished appliquing Blooming Pointsettas (not shown)
- Finished making the cutting chart for 2024 Venti AG Sunprint Quilt
- Started cutting the black background pieces as well as a few of the other colors for the Sunprint quilt. Pattern is free from Fat Quarter Shop (Petit 4). I recreated in EQ8 with 12 inch blocks and colored using Alison Glass 2024 Sunprints. So gorgeous! I shared the whole quilt mock up I did in EQ8 last week.

Afterthoughts

Another accomplishment for this week is getting my appointment with Gammill for my long arm maintenance. They are coming Saturday! I am so excited and looking forward to maybe quilting one of my quilts this weekend before heading off to Washington State for a week.
I was sitting here pondering having a Focus Three for the week. Then I said Nah! I couldn’t pick just three. What I will do is pick a few that are close to being done to focus on this week:
- Blooming Pointsettas
- Backing for 2019 100 days 100 blocks quilt
- Spring Placemats
- Spring Napkins
Squirrel! I should really find a backing for the patriotic table runner and cut some napkins for that as well so I can use them in July right? Maybe I should consider designing some coordinating placemats as well…. Oh my! My brain doesn’t quit.
Well I have to wrap up today’s post. I have a virtual conference to attend in just over an hour. It is Tuesday – Thursday. So much to do and so little time. How did I do all this when working 50-60 hours a week with a family? So glad to be retired.
Good luck on all of your projects this week!

What a great “block” pattern for a temperature quilt! Way to go for solving the issue of the missing pieces of the farmer’s wife EPP block and finishing it!
Thanks Terry!!!
My goodness Peggy. I get tired just wading your lists and seeing how much progress you make each week. I really enjoy seeing the photos of the progress on your projects. Thank you for linking with To Do Tuesday and for sharing a reminder of FQS project. I’ll be popping over to see your EQ link. I hope you are having a good week with lots of time to stitch 😉 Carol
Thanks Carol!
Nala – lol! The Economy block looks pretty. Congratulations on your goal completion! Looks like you’ll be in good shape goal-wise for your trip. Are those Kallax shelves behind Nala?
Oh yes! I have two in this room and two in my cutting room.
