To Do Tuesday #173

Wow this week flew by! I can’t believe it is already Tuesday again. My calendar has been packed with “doing things”. Still attending a number of live Zoom seminars on various subjects which are interesting as well as meeting with vendors for my home as I gear up to do some sewing studio basic upgrades such as wiring and lights. Plus some shades for each of the sewing rooms. PNW is an interesting beast with the darker winters and the very light summers. When the sun shines, it is unbelievably blue skies. When it rains, we have some many shades of gray that nature provides that it could teach fabric & quilt designers a thing or two about color.

Wow! This will be my last post of 2024. It has been an eventful year with lots of projects and even some finishes. Check out my 2024 Finish page here. While I have not achieved everything I set my eyes on, I am pleased with how much really got done. This weekly post helps keep me on track and accountable to myself by putting it out there. Hello Everyone! Today is the beginning of a predicted week long heat wave 🥵 so I am currently in my local Starbucks staying cool watching the blue sky slowly become hazy with the heat. I am thankful that I actually have AC which was not the case before this house. #thankful

To Do Tuesday #75

Made it safely to Seattle and thought I would whip out my blog before we head out to Canada on Wednesday. As is normal in Seattle, it is raining but temperatures are mild.
