Hello Stitchy friends!
I’ve been off have been off having adventures and time got away from me. I can’t believe it has been a month since my last post. I will try and keep this short which shouldn’t be too bad since I can’t remember how I was feeling when I was stitching most of this any way. LOL!
Finishes
Hmmm. No finishes since we last chatted. That was a bit disappointing but will make July fairly productive!
Starts
I had kitted up the next Sampler, Cottage, and Calendar Crates. I had to wait for the next group of colors for the Barn Sweet Barn series to be posted before gathering supplies. I look forward to finishing some of these series. I am ready to move on to new series.
Stitching With the Housewives: May Calendar Crates (main design)
Country Cottage Needleworks: June Cottage of the Month
Country Cottage Needleworks: June Sampler of the Month
Lori Holt/Fat Quarter Shop: June Barn Sweet Barn
Progress
While camping I found it particularly challenging to work on any projects. I ended up deciding not to take any projects on the trip at all just because I didn’t want to get anything dirty.
While I don’t remember most of the month, I do recall my frustration with the Let’s talk Spring chart. I started in May but realized that I started the larger chart on my medium fabric. So I spent one whole night frogging out everything I did in May. While disappointing, it was required.
Hands on Design: Let’s Talk Spring (medium chart)
Oracle 2022 SAL
Modern Folk Embroidery: Fruit of Plenty
Fat Quarter Shop: Just My Type
FQS Quarterly Stitch: Tea Thyme
FQS Mystery Stitch: Feels Like Home
FQS Charity Stitch: Heart Felt 2022
Lori Holt: Prim Stitch Series
Stitching With the Housewives: April Truckin Along
Fat Quarter Shop: Sail Away
June Wrap Up
I was a bit disappointed in the amount of stitching I got done, but it felt pretty good to do my road trip plus camping. Olympic National Park was gorgeous and it only rained on us for about an hour on the first day. That is spectacular weather in Washington State and the rainforest.
I started the month with 21 WIPS. I had 4 new starts and zero new finishes. Therefore, I rolled out of June with 25 WIPS. Several of them are close to being done. Check back in a few weeks to see progress.
Have a great Holiday Weekend everyone! Happy fourth of July!

Love the Heart Felt, Lori Prim Stitch and Just My Tupe!! Don’t forget you helped your little sister move!! Xoxo
Love you too! I love those too! I am really enjoying Heart Felt and Just My Type because I picked the colors instead of the designers.
