What Got Done This Week

I only got one day to sew this week and I feel good about that day. It was another all day quilt day. Unfortunately, I had to leave early for my Immersion class, but still…. I feel like I got a lot done.
- I finished assembling the center of my Zuma Charm quilt.
- I started sewing the strips together that will be the piano border for this quilt. I haven’t decided on length yet. I will decide once I have all of them together. I am sewing 6 piece strip sets to start.
- In between I worked on my Leaders & Enders project. I finished the last color grouping and started the next.
- I also pulled out my Cottage Temperature Quilt starting on the March block. I finished through the 18th before I realized I was assembling the wrong month. 🙄. So I spent some time unsewing and resewing and made it all the way through to March 24th.
- I ran out of HST for the temperature quilt so I had to make some more in order to finish the March cottage.
It felt good.

Afterthoughts

LOL! When I saw this on Instagram, it felt so ….. me! How many of you can relate to this? Ahhh….
I got home last night from Seattle and today was spent catching up on my class. I wandered into my sewing room just to take pictures for this blog. It inspired me to take a deep breath and tomorrow spend 15 minutes working on my quilting. And 15 minutes on Thursday…. I am thinking maybe I should pick a project to finish in those 15 minutes. Hmmm. Tomorrow that action list will come in handy!
Have a wonderful week working on your projects!

Great list of finishes Peggy! Haha, I have an “organized” mess in my sewing room right now. Everything is piled neatly on my longarm! I would like to finish at least one thing. Wishing you a great rest of the week!
