To Do Tuesday #103

Hi Everyone!

Check out Nala hiding under the rug. Totally cracks me up!

Made it to Quilt Retreat at Zephyr Point in Zephyr Cove. It is on Lake Tahoe. My first visit to Lake Tahoe and my first quilt retreat. I am excited to be here this week!

This is the first day of the retreat so I only have one block to share right now. I spent all week getting ready for the retreat and stressing over what I would take. Not sure why.

I will still link up with Carol at Quilt Schmilt for To Do Tuesday even though I don’t have much this week.

Under the Needle Last Week

I did not do any sewing this week as I worked on cutting all the pieces for my foundation paper pieced quilt I colored that designed by Fat Quarter Shop – just venti size versus petit size. I finished the first two blocks – pineapple. Only 47 more to go!

• Finished cutting Venti FPP quilt and assembling block kits
• Found 2018 100 days 100 blocks and packed for quilt retreat
• Cut all the center for the AG Stamp quilt from Postage collection
• Assembled all the items needed to finish Patriotic Project Bag to take on retreat

Afterthoughts

I am making this short since I am at the quilt retreat and I want to get back to sewing. Wish I could have brought my own chair, otherwise it is perfect. They are feeding us super well and the location is fabulous! I would definitely come again.
