Continue reading “Floss Friday #68”Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I am very grateful to have been able to spend the day with my sister Dorothy and her family. I dropped Shaun off at hockey camp. His mom helped the other parents prepare breakfast for the team and their families. It was a bonding moment for them. Then off to the family dinner at his Aunt Diane’s where his dad joined them. He said they had a great time. So happy for them.

Welcome to November my stitchy friends! Crazy to think that 2023 is quickly coming to a close. I got hooked on a new book series and have been staring at my e-reader for hours on end. I might have missed a few stitching nights because of it. LOL!!
Well I started this blog a week ago and only realized today that I never posted it. So I have decided to add on this week’s updates as well and revamp my Upcoming Plans & Thoughts to what is valid this week. LOL!!! 😂
Continue reading “Floss Friday #64”Happy Friday! Hope you had a great week. Mine has been pretty productive overall. My 24 Hours of Cross Stitch was great. I ended up stitching more than 24 hours. Friday was my new start day. Saturday was a Fall/Halloween stitch day which left Sunday as my everything else day. Let’s take a look.

I had hoped to go for a hike today, but I am going to have to pass as it is way to hot for that. Instead I will end up going for a night walk when it cools off later. I am looking forward to it.

Continue reading “Floss Friday #60”Happy Friday everyone! Hope you have a fun long weekend. It is Labor Day here in the States. It is the last long weekend of the summer. My grandson is off to Las Vegas for a hockey tournament with his Mom and family. I am actually spending the weekend with my daughter in Monterey this weekend. She gets here tomorrow. Meantime, I have to do a final finish on one of her cross stitch projects that I will share her work with you next week.
